We were extremely lucky to have Forks and Fingers catering for our wedding. I could not imagine a wedding day as beautiful (and tasty) as ours was without Stephanie and Mark, they truly are a dream team! From the tastings, to menu planning, to execution on the day of our wedding, Stephanie and Mark were flawless. They were so easy to work with, remaining incredibly flexible even when we changed parts of the menu a few days before the wedding. They were able to accommodate the menu we wanted. Both the hors d’oeuvres and our buffet style dinner were a huge hit! In addition to getting compliments from all our guests about how delicious all of the food was, we also got remarks on how friendly and gracious all of their serving staff, and we could not agree more.
Forks and Fingers went above and beyond to make sure any worry we had was mitigated. We had our wedding in our garden so our venue was basically a blank slate and Stephanie helped with everything from the floor plan to the chair rentals, and even the flow of the schedule.
Stephanie was our day-of coordinator and our wedding would not have been the same without her. She was so calm and sweet and really felt like part of our wedding. Mark, the Chef, was also at the wedding working his magic.
Stephanie and Mark are PROS and know exactly what to do. They knew how to help us make the right decisions that relieved any day-of anxiety. They work through things you don’t have time to think of during the wedding.
In conclusion the food itself is already amazing but you get so much more with Forks and Fingers.
